Corrections Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
PKLIVE aims to keep casino guides, game explainers, payment content, platform education, and responsible-play information clear and current. Because platform terms, payment options, promotions, and support paths can change, we welcome correction requests from readers, operators, and subject-matter reviewers.
What we correct
- Outdated platform steps, payment notes, or account-verification explanations.
- Broken links, wrong internal links, or pages that no longer match the reader task.
- Promotion descriptions that need clearer terms, expiry, wagering, or withdrawal context.
- Game-rule descriptions that are incomplete, unclear, or based on an older version.
- Risk language that sounds too certain, too promotional, or not careful enough for gambling content.
How to request a correction
Please use the contact page and include the article URL, the section that may be wrong, the corrected information, and any source that supports the correction. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment details, private identity documents, or account screenshots through public comments or unsecured channels.
How corrections are reviewed
We review correction requests against available evidence, current platform pages, regulator information, article history, and reader-safety needs. If a claim cannot be verified, we may remove it, soften it, add a note, or send it for further human review.
Update notes
For material updates, we may revise the visible copy, add a clearer source note, or update the page’s last-reviewed language. We do not change dates only to make an article appear fresh. Minor spelling, formatting, or internal-link fixes may be made without a detailed public note.
Our correction process works together with the editorial policy, affiliate disclosure, and responsible gaming page.
Correction priority
We prioritize corrections that could affect a reader’s money, account access, legal understanding, safety, or gambling behavior. A broken image is useful to fix, but an outdated payment requirement, unclear bonus rule, or misleading risk statement is more urgent because it can influence a real decision.
| Request type | Helpful evidence | Possible action |
|---|---|---|
| Payment or withdrawal detail | Current official terms, support note, or platform screenshot without private account data. | Revise the step, add a dated caution, or remove the claim. |
| Game rule or feature | Provider rule page, in-game help screen, or clear version detail. | Update the mechanic explanation and clarify uncertainty. |
| Bonus or promotion | Live offer page, expiry, wagering rule, excluded games, or withdrawal condition. | Add conditions, soften copy, or remove outdated promotional wording. |
| Responsible-use concern | The sentence or section that feels too forceful, unclear, or risky. | Rewrite toward limits, pause points, and official support paths. |
Material corrections
A material correction changes how a reader might understand the page. Examples include a wrong payment step, an outdated bonus condition, a missing age reminder, an inaccurate account-verification note, or language that makes gambling risk sound smaller than it is. Material corrections should be recorded in the article copy or update note when practical.
Minor fixes
Minor fixes include spelling, grammar, formatting, image alignment, internal-link cleanup, and small wording improvements that do not change the meaning of the page. These may be updated quietly because the reader decision is not materially changed.
When we cannot verify a request
Sometimes a correction request cannot be verified from public evidence. In that case, we may remove the disputed claim, rewrite it more cautiously, or leave it unchanged while asking for better evidence. We will not add private claims about accounts, payments, operators, or regulators without support that can be reviewed safely.
Response expectations
We cannot promise a response time for every message, but high-risk issues should be reviewed before cosmetic requests. If a page contains a claim that could affect deposits, withdrawals, legality, verification, or responsible gambling, include that concern clearly in the first message.
How to use this page with PKLIVE articles
Trust pages are meant to sit beside article content, not replace careful reading. When a guide mentions a game, provider, payment method, promotion, account step, or legal topic, use the relevant trust page to check the decision context before taking action. A useful reader path is simple: understand the article, check the risk page, verify current official terms, and then decide whether to continue.
- If the article is about a game, pair it with the responsible-gaming page and focus on mechanics, volatility, and limits.
- If the article is about a bonus or partner link, pair it with the affiliate disclosure and current platform terms.
- If the article is about payments, accounts, or support, pair it with the contact page and avoid sharing private data in unsafe places.
- If the article seems outdated, pair it with the corrections policy and send the exact URL and section for review.
This structure is designed to make PKLIVE easier to audit and easier for readers to use. It also keeps commercial pages from standing alone without safety, correction, privacy, and editorial context.
